WHO AM I?

Wow!!! you are interested in who I am !. So now you can see me....

I am small but with great force, the force which Catalonia impelled myself to be born.

I was born in autumn of a year which all Catalan people will always remember, a memorable year that soon will be in encyclopedias and text books of history. A year in which the catalan language became oficial in the European Parliament, a year in which the Catalonian Parliament approved the new Statute of Catalonia, a year in which the Internet Dominion “.CAT “ was approved.

I was born in cosmopolitan Catalonia, in the heart of Eixample’s district, next to our beloved district of Gracia, I was born surrounded by the best works of an universal Catalan, Antoni Gaudí.

It gives me great pride that when the Catalonian people look at me they remember Sant Jordi, Patron Saint of Catalonian, and his Dragon. As I am hanging on key chain, bags or suitcases, around the world I am making Catalonia more universal than ever before.

For those of you who have visited interesting and beautiful Catalonia, can use me to remember your experience in our country. For those of you who haven’t come yet, I could be used as an inspiration to come. And finally when you give me as a present... think that you are giving Catalonia, and with your aid and support , we will be stronger. Make it yours, make it ours. I am El Drak Català.
